  • Our packages start at a base rate and are customized based on your guest count, hours of service, and any add-ons you'd like. Because every event is different, we put together a personalized quote for each inquiry. Feel free to reach out and we'll get back to you quickly with everything you need to know.

  • We take care of everything from setup, breakdown, transportation, cups, supplies, and all the equipment needed for a full espresso or matcha bar. Two friendly baristas will be on-site for the duration of your service window.

  • Our minimum package includes up to 50 drinks during a 2-hour service window. Each event is different so we customize our prices depending on the estimated number of guests and hours of service requested.

  • Our cart requires a minimum space of 70" x 50" and access to two power outlets for full operation. For outdoor events without nearby power, we can arrange alternative solutions. Just let us know in advance!

  • We are based in Queens, NY and regularly serve events in New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 20 miles.

  • Absolutely! That's one of our favorite parts. Our Coffee Cruise package includes up to 3 custom signature drinks designed around your event theme, plus the option for custom cup stickers and a branded cart cover. Even on our other packages, you choose from our full menu of espresso drinks, matcha, and chai, and your guests can personalize every cup with their milk and syrup choices.

  • Yes! Our Boulevard Bliss and Coffee Cruise packages include ceremonial grade matcha lattes, chai lattes, and custom signature drinks (Coffee Cruis package only) alongside the full espresso menu. Hot chocolate is also available. We always make sure every guest, coffee lover or not, has something enjoyable to sip.

  • We love all kinds of celebrations! Weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, office meetings, grand openings, school events, and more. If you're gathering people together, we're there for the drinks!

  • We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability especially for weekends and peak seasons like spring and fall. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when we can. It never hurts to ask!

  • Just two things: a designated parking spot or unloading area so we can bring in our cart efficiently, and access to a standard power outlet. Everything else is on us. We'll arrive early to set up and leave your space spotless after.
